ee0e764294 Refactored entire action engine
Triggers needed action context to function outside of the action engine
proper, so now it's been abstracted into its own class

a0c2822dac Added "extra" damage type
Takes on the same damage type as the last damage applied during the
same action, otherwise deals "extra" damage
